I send my mom 5 pints of jeni’s each year for Mother’s Day—they offer free shipping around this time so it’s perfect and costs $72! Just make sure your recipient has the freezer space..
This is such a helpful post! Farmers markets are also a great place to source locally grown flowers and plants. I recently got a mom (ok, my mom) a beautiful bouquet of tulips and ranunculus for less than $15.
Wow that is such a win! Ranunculus are usually so expensive from the florist. I love getting a surprise bouquet from the Union Square farmer's market when they're discounted at the end of the day
Not a mom, but I'm 100% here for the sentiment of receiving gifts you'll actually enjoy and use - a very circular concept! So glad to have found your rental/secondhand dress roundup, albeit a little late :)
Thank you for sharing! I love that you asked real moms. I love the "something to eat" suggestion. So simple but who doesn't want something delicious?!
I’m such a fan! Loved your call to action for snapping candids of moms with kids 🥹
Is that the same NA Sparkling from Super Bowl? I loved it so much I almost felt guilty for drinking it. I had to keep reminding myself it was NA.
haha yes! It's my fave. I've tried a bunch of NA wines and some of them taste like ketchup
"Would you like some wine with your french fries?"

That is an elite gift!! I love their darkest chocolate ice cream 🤤
However if anyone’s mom is like mine the packaging is for 6 pints so she called the first year to ask why i didn’t send 6 pints (5 is the minimum)
Hahaha. Not a mom, but I would also be curious why I wasn't worth the 6th pint
because it's already $72!! that's why! jeni's is not cheap!
🤣

My mom loves plants, so I look for vintage planters at the thrift store and pot her some pothos cuttings.
A gift that keeps giving!

I always get my mom spa gift certificates because she's so hard to shop for!
She's a lucky mom!
This such a funny and creative post! Love it!! What I always want for Mother’s Day is… TIME NOT MOTHERING haha!
Yay thanks Jess! I got some mean messages about how these friends are "insufferable." This comment really cheered me up!
Hope you get what you wish for 😘 and that no one asks you where anything is lol
